The Facilities, Planning, and Operations Division at Rowan University has a mission is to design, build, operate and maintain facilities, buildings and grounds to support Rowan's academic and research initiatives on all of its campus locations. In order to accommodate a growing university we are dedicated to providing leadership in facilities development and management, campus master planning and supportive business operations.

Ribbon cutting opens Jean & Ric Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University
Some 66 million years ago, a giant asteroid rocketed through space and slammed into Earth, wiping out the dinosaurs and virtually all other life.
Now, the story of the dinosaurs’ life and death and what it means for the future are on display at Jean & Ric Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University (EFM).
GRAND opening! SC Expansion
Campus celebrates $31.4M Student Center expansion. The new structure, which connects to the existing 135,000-square-foot Chamberlain Student Center, is modeled after a Greek “agora,” a central gathering place.

Rowan's WO System upgrade
The University’s current work order system, Schooldude, has been upgraded to Asset Essentials. The new work order system went live on January 13th.
