Active Capital Projects
Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine and School of Translational BioMedical Engineering & Science
This project consists of building the first school of veterinary medicine in New Jersey. The Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine will offer New Jersey's first Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, as well as additional degrees and training programs.
West Campus Infrastructure Project
This project includes the development, design and construction of all roadways, walking & biking trails, water, sewer, power and fiber to support West Campus.
Campbell Library

This project consists of the renovation of the current gym to create a facility thta contains a state-of-the-art weight room and training room.
Rowan-Virtua Rita & Larry Salva School of Nursing and Health Professions
This project consists of building a new 42,200 sq ft new facility which will be home to Rowan-Virtua SNHP’s newly launched four-year nursing program which has enrolled 120 students in its first year.
Seasonal Frost Test Facility
This project consists of the design and construct of a Seasonal Frost Test Facility to evaluate the field performance of different pavement structures at extremely low temperatures and develop innovative construction technologies and materials to withstand fluctuating temperatures and surface conditions in cold regions.
Main Campus Energy Infrastructure Modernization Project
This project consists of transforming the University’s obsolete infrastructure into a new modern environment that’s better suited to accommodate the needs of future students and researchers by increasing energy efficiency, modernization of energy infrastructure and protection business operations.
Relocation of the Division of Information Resources & Technology
This project consists of relocating the Division of IRT to the Campbell Library.
Technology Enhanced Building for the Edelman College or Humanities & Social Sciences and the Edelman College of Communications & Creative Arts
This project consists of building a new facility to house both the Edelman College of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Edelman College of Communications & Creative Arts that embraces a technology-first approach to design and purpose.
Glassboro Intermediate School
This project consists of renvoating GIS and relocating several non-student-facing departments from Main Campus to the GIS building, including University Events, the Scene Shop, Internal Audit, Budget & Finance, Accounting, Procurement and Facilities.
Expansion of Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine - Sewell Campus
This project consists of expanding the Rowan-Virtua School of Medicine – Sewell Campus facility to facilitate the advancement of a Physician’s Assistant Program.
