Facilities Operations
Facilities Operations is responsible for the overall maintenance of Rowan University's three campuses. The Department provides daily maintenance and repair of existing Facilities infrastructure, manages and maintains University landscaping and grounds, utilities, custodial services, and environmental health & safety issues which ensures an efficient and safe campus for faculty, staff and students.Building Maintenance & Repair
The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for all maintenance, repair, renovations or alterations to existing University facilities.
Grounds/Landscaping
The Grounds Department at Rowan is responsible for maintaining all of the campus grounds and landscaping, approximately 216 acres.
Custodial Services
The Custodial Services division of Facilities Operations is dedicated to providing a clean, healthy and hazard free campus environment to the Rowan Community.
Moving Services
Moving Services is responsible for assisting University departments and offices with moving items on campus.
Environmental Health & Safety
The Environmental Health and Safety Office is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of Rowan University's three campuses.
