Facilities Custodial Services

The Custodial Services department of Facilities Operations is dedicated to providing a clean, healthy and hazard free campus environment to the Rowan Community. Our staff covers all administrative buildings, corridors, public space, academic buildings & classrooms, labs, offices, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells. In addition to daily cleaning services, Custodial provides snow removal and assists in University events.

Cleaning schedules are based on access to space and frequency of use. For more information regarding operations task frequencies go to  Operations Task Frequencies

All custodial requests must be submitted on a work request.
