ASCEND EOF Transfer Information

We welcome transfer EOF students!

In order to transfer to Rowan, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the Rowan University transfer application, which can be accessed by clicking here.
  2. Must be accepted to Rowan University and plan to enroll in 12 or more credits.
  3. Discuss your eligibility for EOF with the Financial Aid Office.
  4. If you have previously received EOF at another NJ institution, request an EOF Transfer form from your EOF Counselor and scan or email the form to EOFtransferstudents@rowan.edu.

After you have been admitted, please meet with your academic advisor, you may also contact our office regarding counseling needs and to follow up on your EOF eligibility. EOF transfer students are also required to attend the EOF transfer orientation to learn more about the EOF program at Rowan. Contact us via email at EOFtransferstudents@rowan.eduTo get immediate answers to frequently asked transfer questions, click here.

Please be mindful of the transfer student funding priorities as set by EOF regulations. As an EOF transfer student, please be advised that EOF grant funds for transfer students are not guaranteed. Funding for transfer students is based on availability after current Rowan EOF students and first time freshmen EOF students have been awarded. Please be aware that your grant alone may not cover your Rowan bill. If necessary, you should contact the financial aid office at financialaid@rowan.edu to discuss the various funding options available to you and include the following information:

  • Specifically mention that you are a Transfer EOF student
  • Full Name
  • Banner ID
  • Phone Number
  • List your questions so the representative is prepared to efficiently address your needs when calling you back.
