Student Expectations

• Abide by the Rowan University Student Code of Conduct.
• Meet with ASCEND Counselor once per month.
• Comply with academic career plan established by student and the ASCEND counselor.
• Maintain a minimum semester GPA of 2.5; and a 2.75 after 24 total credit hours.
• Attend general meetings, class meetings, and required workshops. If unable to attend, contact ASCEND counselor in advance.
• Attend required academic support programs (Success Coaching, tutoring, academic workshops).
• Use all available resources to aid in academic success (the Academic Success Center, Wellness Center, the University Advising Center).
• Complete FAFSA by April 15th annually and submit supporting documents as instructed by Financial Aid.
• Maintain minimum of 15 credits per semester; or contact ASCEND counselor if attending part-time.
• If under 12 credits-must contact ASCEND counselor to discuss financial aid adjustment.
• Refrain from participating/pledging in any Greek organization until successful completion of 24 college level credits.
