International Onboarding

All new Undergraduate and Graduate International Students are required to attend International Student Onboarding. Fall 2025 Onboarding Sessions dates will be announced soon.

Please take note of these important dates for Fall 2025 and be sure to check back here for updates.

The International Center staff and representatives from different departments on campus will be present at the onboarding session (orientation) to welcome you and provide you with the information you need to start your journey at Rowan.

Monday, August 25 and Tuesday, August 26, 2025

• Move-in for new international students will be from 9am to 1pm. Students must pick up their RowanCard from Savitz Hall immediately upon arrival.  After picking up your RowanCard, report directly to the University Housing Office on the 1st Floor of Savitz Hall. If you arrive after 1pm or on the weekend, you will be responsible for arranging your own temporary accommodations. International students will also receive specific Early Move In (EMI) information and instructions in the assignment notification. Please check your Rowan email regularly for your assignment information.
