International Onboarding

All new Undergraduate and Graduate International Students are required to attend International Student Onboarding. Spring 2025 Onboarding Sessions will be held on Tuesday, January 14^th, 2025 and Wednesday, January 15^th, 2025.

Please take note of these important dates for Spring 2025 and be sure to check back here for updates.

The International Center staff and representatives from different departments on campus will be present at the onboarding session (orientation) to welcome you and provide you with the information you need to start your journey at Rowan.

Friday, January 10 and Monday, January 13, 2025: Move-In for New International Students

• Move-in for new international students will be from 10am to 4pm. Students must pick up their RowanCard from Savitz Hall immediately upon arrival.  After picking up your RowanCard, report directly to your assigned Residential Hall to move in.

Tuesday, January 14, 2025: International Student Onboarding Session (Orientation) Day 1

• Time: 8:00 am
• Location: Eynon Ballroom, Chamberlain Student Center (subject to change)

Wednesday, January 15, 2025: International Student Onboarding Session (Orientation) Day 2

• Time: 8:30 am
• Location: Eynon Ballroom, Chamberlain Student Center (subject to change)

Monday, January 20, 2025: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – No classes. University is closed.

Tuesday, January 21, 2025: First day of classes
