International Student Walk-In Hours:

Spring 2026 Schedule

January 20th to January 23rd, first week of classes:

• We will have walk-in hours every day from 9:00am to 3:00pm during the first week of classes for all new and current students.
• Advisors will be available by appointment starting on January 20th. See below for information on how to schedule an appointment.
• Please note that the university is closed on January 19th.

Normal walk-ins begin on January 26, 2026 and last until the end of the semester:

All International Student Advisors will be unavailable on January 14th, as we will be holding International Student Onboarding.

• Monday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
• Tuesday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Thursday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am - 12:00pm

Walk-in hours are for all F-1 and J-1 international students.

If you cannot make it to our walk-in hours, please schedule an appointment with one of our advisors through the Rowan Success Network (RSN). Walk-ins outside of the scheduled walk-in times will be turned away.

Please note that walk-in hours are for quick questions that require a quick answer. If your issue is more in-depth, please schedule an appointment to meet with your International Advisor through RSN.

Who Is My International Advisor?

The International Center is here to help you. All F-1 students, F-1 OPT holders, J-1 students, and J-1 scholars (with NetIDs) can schedule a meeting with their International Advisor through the Rowan Success Network (RSN).

International students are assigned their advisor by last name. Please see the table below to figure out who your advisor is.
