Walk-In Hours:

Fall 2025 Schedule (effective September 8th, 2025)

The final day for walk-in hours and appointments for the semester will be Wednesday, December 17th! Walk-in hours and appointments will resume next semester. Updated hours will be posted before the start of the Spring semester.

• Monday: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Tuesday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Wednesday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Thursday: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
• Friday: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Walk-in hours are for all F-1 and J-1 international students.

If you cannot make it to our walk-in hours, please schedule an appointment with one of our advisors through the Rowan Success Network (RSN). Walk-ins outside of the scheduled walk-in times will be turned away.

Please note that walk-in hours are for quick questions that require a quick answer. If your issue is more in-depth, please schedule an appointment to meet with an International Advisor through RSN.

The International Center is here to help you. All F-1 students, F-1 OPT holders, J-1 students, and J-1 scholars (with NetIDs) can schedule a meeting with one of our International Advisors through the Rowan Success Network (RSN). You can also email your questions to rowanic@rowan.edu.

• If you are a student at our Stratford or Sewell campuses, you do not have access to RSN. Please email rowanic@rowan.edu to request an appointment. In your email, mention that you are a Stratford or Sewell campus student.
• Students who have graduated without having applied for OPT will soon no longer have access to RSN. Please email rowanic@rowan.edu to request an appointment if RSN is not available to you. In your email, mention that you are a student who has graduated.
