Federal Work-Study (FWS) jobs directly improve college student success by boosting campus integration, skill-building, networking, retention, graduation rates, academic performance, and can open doors to future career opportunities. Students gain flexible, on-campus employment that builds professional resumes, fosters campus connections, and supports their career development.
This workshop will explain the benefits of the Federal Work-Study program, understanding work-study, types of work-study jobs, selecting the right job, incorporating work-study jobs into your resume and LinkedIn, and how to use the Center for Employer & Early Talent Engagement throughout your educational journey as a student.
