Biography

• B.A. in History & B.A. in Secondary Education (2007-2011) - Rowan University
• Ed.M. in College Student Affairs (2011-2013) - Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey
• Candidate in the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership Program (2022-present) - Rowan University

Charlie is South Jersey, born & raised.  Coming from Tabernacle, NJ in Burlington County (go Seneca Golden Eagles!) Charlie attended Rowan University as an undergraduate student hoping to be a social studies teacher.  After changing the career plan to focus on college administration, Charlie attended the Rutgers Graduate School of Education in New Brunswick.  Charlie moved up to Rochester, NY after getting a job at SUNY Brockport as a Resident Director in charge of a first-year STEM-focused residence hall.  Charlie moved back to Rowan to become the Coordinator for Leadership Programs within Rowan's Office of Orientation & Student Leadership Programs in 2017.  And in 2021, Charlie shifted into his current role within the Office of the Dean of Students as the Coordinator for Off-Campus Services & Resources.

Charlie can serve as an excellent resource for commuter students who are looking for ways to get involved.  Charlie is the advisor for the Commuters @ Rowan student organization, the voice of commuter students on campus.

Charlie can also serve as an excellent resource for off-campus students who are looking to solve problems they might be experiencing with their landlords, the Glassboro community, or off-campus life in general.  No problem is too big or too small -- OCSR can help!
