Create and provide an experiential framework for building life-long learning skills centered in wellbeing and resilience.

Create and provide equitable, unifying, fun experiences centered around Rowan’s tenets of excellence and inclusiveness.

Listen to our community members in a proactive (and retroactive as needed) manner to gain meaningful insights into their experiences in order to implement prudent enhancements.

Create a culture of “telling our story”, celebrating our successes, and enhancing our opportunities for improvement.

Create a residential community which is the first choice of students and intentionally grounded by the tenets of experiential learning, learning communities, and a Rowan-specific residential curriculum.
