BGS Learning Contract and Portfolio:
The BGS Learning Contract establishes the student's learning goals and details the path to graduation with the BGS degree. It is the first and foundational document in the student's BGS portfolio, which is a collection of the student's work, reflection on learning, and career preparation efforts. Students will receive detailed instructions and individualized support as they develop their Learning Contract and build their portfolio.

Each semester, students in the BGS program will meet with the program advisor to affirm continued progress toward degree completion and individualized and program goals. When attending this required meeting each semester, students will bring an updated reflection addressing how their current coursework and co-curricular activity or employment is contributing to achievement of their learning outcomes and goals.
