Mission Statement

The purpose of the Student University Programmers shall be to provide the students of Rowan University with an array of diverse, educational, and entertaining programs, to encourage the development of leadership skills and cooperation among all students, and to promote the interests, image, and quality of experience at Rowan University.

Attend a weekly committe meeting! The Fall 2020 Committee Meeting Schedule is below. All committee meetings will also be held virtually for the Fall 2020 semester. To join a committee & get on their mailing list, please complete our interest form below.

  • Cinema Committee: Tuesdays at 6:45PM
  • Special Events Committee: Fridays at 1:00PM
  • Live Events Committee: Wednesdays at 3:30PM
  • Marketing Committee: Thursdays at 3:30PM
  • Off-Campus Events Committee: On hold until off-campus trips may resume. Still feel free to join this committee as it explore new events & Spring 2021 tentative planning!
  • Charitable Events Committee: Mondays at 3:00PM
  • Tech Services Committee: Tuesdays at 5:00PM

A General Member is defined as one who volunteers at least 15 hours continuously throughout the semester. As a thank you for volunteering, you would be given the opportunity to volunteer/work at some of the larger events (i.e. Hollybash, St. Baldrick's Day, Homecoming), be invited to our mid-year and end of the year banquets, come to our General Members only events, and much more!
