These resources can help you recognize your emotions and reactions, learn how to respond to them, and realize that the struggles we face also help us grow.

Rowan Resources

Whether it’s attending a Stress And Anxiety Student Support Group or hanging out with peers at Chill and Chat or petting a therapy dog at Paws for a Break, the Wellness Center provides programs to assist you.

Social Justice, Inclusion and Conflict Resolution also offers programming geared toward all students through a host of centers. Among them: the Dr. Harley E. Flack Student Mentoring Program; the Interfaith & Spiritual Exploration Center; LGBTQIA+ Center, the Multicultural Center and the Women’s Center.
