Social Justice, Inclusion, and Conflict Resolution

Mission

The Office of Social Justice, Inclusion, and Conflict Resolution exists to promote an inclusive university community where individuals are empowered to grow in their understanding of identity, social justice, and the skills needed to lead a more just society.

This articulated mission stems directly from the University’s strategic initiatives of Access and Quality. The SJICR office serves as a resource and marker of support and access to prospective and current students of diverse backgrounds. We also aim to improve experience and quality of students' education retention and progress to graduation by providing students opportunities for personal, social, professional, and academic identity development.
