Resources for our Division

Our team catalogs photography pertinent to our Division that our departments are welcome to use for their own promotional purposes, whether print or digital. To download images, go to our Flickr account, click “About”, scroll down to “tags” and then search. With hundreds of tags to choose from, we may have already snapped the exact photo you’re looking for. Downloading from our catalog will save your department both money and time, as you will not need to dedicate resources to scheduling photography.

Our digital content team partners with Division departments to identify and address high-priority content needs across our Division, as they pertain to our mission. A few recent projects we’ve adopted include:

  • Expanding the digital footprint of freshman housing for Residential Learning & University Housing.
    • Goal: With an increased presence online (including video tours, interior and exterior photography and student-perspective blog stories on multiple platforms, including their website, YouTube and Rowan Blog) students and their families will feel more informed and better supported to choose housing that is right to them.
    • Desired outcome: (In progress) Fewer students and families will call RLUH with routine questions and concerns, freeing up resources to dedicate to families with more complex issues to address.

  • Creation of visual content for Financial Aid, to support the onboarding process. “Have a Ball with Rowan University Financial Aid” video approaches a heavy subject in a lighthearted way.
    • Goal: Adjusting the presentation of factual information presented on Financial Aid’s website, by adding an entertaining visual, will give students and their families the opportunity to absorb dense information in an easier way.
    • Desired outcome: (In progress) Fewer students and families will call Financial Aid with routine questions and concerns, freeing up resources to dedicate to families with more complex issues to address.
