Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (RowanSOM) is proud of its long tradition of ethical and responsible conduct. Each employee of RowanSOM is expected to adhere to this high standard whenever he or she acts on behalf of RowanSOM, whether in dealings with other employees, with patients and their families, with vendors, with government regulators or with the general public.

Violations of legal or ethical requirements jeopardize the welfare of RowanSOM, its employees and patients, and the communities it serves.

The Compliance Program is intended to define and govern the conduct expected of employees, to provide guidance on how to resolve questions regarding legal and ethical issues, and to establish a mechanism for the reporting of possible violations of law or ethical practices within RowanSOM.
