Homecoming Spirit Competition

The spirit competition is an ongoing competition that takes place at various events throughout the week where Homecoming teams can earn points for displaying Rowan pride, good sportsmanship, and excitement for the Homecoming theme. Spirit judges will be present at each team competition (Push Cart, CANstruction, Battleship, and Lip Sync). The team with the most spirit points at the end of the week will go home with the biggest trophy of them all during our trophy presentation at the Homecoming football game on 10/18!

Soarding Together: A Pride Homecoming Social

Join us for a pride homecoming social bringing together LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, staff, alumni and allies! Enjoy an evening of light refreshments, fun ice breakers, engaging activity stations and meaningful community building. 

You belong here - the event will celebrate community, foster connections, and connect the Rowan community with LGBTQIA+ student organizations, the Alumni Office, and Rowan’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. 

Come as you are - let’s soar together! All members of the Rowan community are welcome to attend. 

Registration is open through October 13.

Homecoming Lip Sync Competition
Pfleeger Concert Hall | 9:00 p.m. | Show begins at 9:15 p.m. | Student Event
Grab your friends, find your favorite tune, dress up, and compete against other students for a chance to win $1,000 in prizes. Open to teams and individuals. Anyone is invited to attend this event; participants are required to register in advance. Make sure to get there early as this annual tradition tends to sell out! Participants are required to register via the Homecoming Team Registration form.
