Join us for our third annual Homecoming Office Decorating Contest! Homecoming is designed to be a university-wide celebration and we want campus to embrace this spirit no matter where you might be!

 

What does this mean for you? If you work on the Glassboro campus and want to join the fun, register your office for the contest! Contest rules and expectations listed below:

 

Guidelines: 

• Per University Policy, departments must be considered student-facing and/or incorporate student involvement within the “decorating team” in order to participate
• Departments may decorate their office to any extent they would like (the more creative, the better!) 
• Decorations must come out of the department’s own budget. Please note decorations purchased must meet/follow all University purchasing policies
• Decorations must follow all fire and safety policies, as well as university health & safety policies
• Decorations must represent Rowan pride, office/department spirit, and this year’s Homecoming theme: Celebrating a Century!

Prize: A catered lunch sponsored by the Chamberlain Student Center & Campus Activities for up to 20 people (Please note: the lunch must be used prior to February 24th, 2024) 

Judging:

• Judging will begin Monday, October 9th; Registered Offices will be asked to sign up for a time to be judged (you know, in case there's any performances or costumes involved *hint hint*)
• Judging will conclude Thursday, October 12th 
• Announce Winner: Friday, October 13th; The winning office/department will be tagged on social media if they win
