Homecoming Spirit Competition 
Various Events | Monday - Thursday | Student Event
The spirit competition is an ongoing competition that takes place at various events throughout the week where Homecoming teams can earn points for displaying Rowan pride, good sportsmanship, and excitement for the Homecoming theme. Spirit judges will be present at each team competition (Push Cart, Profs Trivia, Battleship, and Lip Sync). The team with the most spirit points at the end of the week will go home with the biggest trophy of them all during our trophy presentation at the Homecoming football game on 10/24!

Homecoming Banner Competition | Student Event
The Homecoming Banner Competition is a great way to show off your Prof pride! Banners will be hung in the Chamberlain Student Center around the Pit all week to help promote Homecoming, student organizations, and campus pride. Registered teams will be able to pick up supply bags (which will include all necessary materials; teams may supplement supplies as they see fit/need) from the Student Center Information Desk following the mandatory's Captain's meeting (exact date/time will be announced to Captains). Teams will then be expected to return their completed and DRY banners during the Homecoming Kickoff event happening on Monday, October 19th from 2-6 p.m. on the Student Center Back Patio (see below). Note: Banners will not be accepted unless they are completely DRY. Banner judging will take place throughout the week. Teams are expected to retrieve their banner after 5 p.m. on Friday, October 23rd, so they can bring it with them for the trophy presentation at the Homecoming football game on Saturday, 10/24 when winners will be announced.

Homecoming Kickoff
Student Center Back Patio | 2 - 6 p.m.
It’s officially Homecoming Week and time to kick off our celebrations! Enjoy free food, live performances, novelties, photo opportunities, and so much more. And of course, this will be students' first chance to get this year’s Homecoming t-shirt! Also this year, all attendees will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a fantastic Homecoming Rowan-themed prize package. For an extra ticket, attendees may bring a non-perishable item to donate to The SHOP, Rowan’s on-campus food pantry & resource center. This event is FREE for all Rowan students, faculty, and staff with a Rowan ID. In the case of inclement weather, this event will be moved inside the Student Center. Go Profs!
