Graduation and Commencement Information Sessions

*Register for a Commencement & Graduation Info Session

The Office of University Events and the Office of the University Registrar will host two virtual and one hybrid (in-person or virtual options) Graduation & Commencement Information Sessions in February 2025. The information sessions are not mandatory, but highly recommended. Each session will cover the same material, so you only need to attend one presentation.

• Thursday, February 13, 2025, 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m
  • Virtual
• Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Virtual 
• Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Hybrid of in-person and virtual

Locations:

In-Person: The Chamberlain Student Center, Eynon Ballroom, Glassboro, NJ

Virtual: Web-Ex Event (link will be sent out 24 hours in advance to all registered participants) 

The session will cover details and updates on:

• The difference between graduation and commencement
• Graduation application process and deadline
• Commencement 2025 schedule and format
• How to RSVP for Commencement, as well as, get your guest tickets, purchase regalia and more!

Register to attend a Information Session

All graduate attendees will be entered into a drawing for a FREE (bachelors or master’s) cap and gown. Winner will be notified by email after each session.
