Special Shuttle Requests Form

In addition to meeting our primary purpose of providing a free campus shuttle service, Rowan Shuttle offers a special shuttle request service for the summer and for special events on a limited basis. Shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your organization or department needs a special shuttle for a local event, you may request one by completing the shuttle request form below. The negotiated rate for the special shuttle is $55.00 per vehicle per hour. All special shuttle requests must be made fourteen (14) business days in advance of the date of the event. The shuttle service will make every effort to accommodate requests made less than 14 days prior to the event. However, there is no guarantee of shuttle availability and you may be charged a higher rate for these last-minute requests. As soon as the shuttle is scheduled, it is the event organizer’s responsibility to ensure that attendees are notified of the appropriate locations for pickups and drop-offs. Please allow at least 48 business hours notice for cancellation or changes of the event. Events with changes or cancellations that are not communicated prior to 48 business hours will be charged for the event as quoted.

The following shuttles are available for this service:

  • A 14-passenger van (not handicapped accessible)
  • A 20-passenger bus (handicapped accessible)
  • A 24-passenger bus (not handicapped accessible)
