PATH Program Components

Autism PATH consists of three components:

  1. Individual Co-active Coaching:
Provides individual career and academic success coaching, workshops, mock interviews, job
    coaching, and career exploration opportunities.
  2. PATH Connect/PATH Career Workshops:
PATH Connect and PATH Career Workshops are programs designed to support the social engagement of students on campus and within the campus community. Some of these events are connected to building a social and professional network. In addition, students are encouraged to participate in events on campus.
  3. Resource Networks:
The Parent Resource Network provides resources and support to caregivers through Parent to Parent workshops. Designed to connect students and their families to employers, agencies, and
information to promote their transition and success in adulthood. PATH Alumni are also
welcomed to attend resource events to share their career journey, network with other Rowan
alumni, and develop a mentoring relationship with students.
