How to Apply
Application Instructions
There are three steps to the ELP application. To complete the application process you must do the following:
Step One
All applicants must submit the $30 application fee online, by check, or money order.
Step Two
Complete the the ELP Application.
International students must complete the International Student ELP Application.
Local/Domestic students must complete the Local Student ELP Application.
Step Three
Once complete, please submit the ELP Application and a copy of your Passport (picture page only) by email to ELP@rowan.edu.
If you are interested in studying on the Camden campus, contact ELP@rowan.edu for availability before submitting your application.
