How to Apply
There are three steps to the ELP application. To complete the application process you must do the following:
Step One
All applicants must submit a $30 application fee online, by check, or money order.
Step Two
International students applying for an F-1 Visa must complete the ELP Application.
Step Three
Once complete, please submit the ELP Application, a copy of your Passport (picture page only), and your Financial Statement by email to ELP@rowan.edu.
