Rowan University is committed to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff, and our community. The goal of the Division for IECB is to be the leading university committed to addressing persistent issues related to inclusive excellence, community, and belonging that result in positive outcomes for students, faculty, and staff. Contributions to this fund will support newly developed or identified events and programs that contribute towards diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Rowan University determined by the IECB Council and the Vice President of the Division of IECB.
