Student Worker Incentive Program

Gourmet Dining is pleased to announce a student worker incentive program for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Any student worker is eligible to earn a $500 scholarship per semester of work and earn a chance to win a full room & board scholarship for the following semester.

Scholarship Details

• $15.13/hour for all hours worked
• $500 scholarship awarded if all criteria are met
• All eligible student associates will be entered into a drawing at the conclusion of the semester to win the grand prize of a Room & Board scholarship for the following semester. In the event the winner of the drawing is a graduating student they will be awarded a $5,000 bonus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Student associates are part time team members, however it is expected that they work for the entirety of the semester. Eligibility for the $500 scholarship requires the student associate to work an average of 15 hours per week minimum (calculation based on 15 weeks).
  • Associate attendance is critical to the success of our operations. Eligibility for the $500 scholarship requires the student associate adhere to and exceed the minimum attendance requirements outlined in the employee handbook.  The callout procedure must be followed in all instances, with the exception of an emergency as determined at the discretion of management.
• Eligibility for the $500 scholarship requires the student associates adhere to all Gourmet Dining, State and Federal food handling, safety and sanitation standards.  
• Our mission is to provide a quality dining experience for all of our guests. Customer service and adherence to all service standards is an expectation and requirement for all staff members.
