Commuter Lockers in the Chamberlain Student Center

Rowan offers lockers in the Chamberlain Student Center for full-time commuter students to use when on campus.  Commuter students can request a locker to store books & belongings.  Lockers are available for a semester

The Chamberlain Student Center & Student Activities policy on commuter lockers is as follows:

1. Lockers are only available for full-time, commuter students.

2. Lockers are assigned to each student for one academic year starting in September and ending in May.

3. Lockers need to be cleared out by the last day of Finals in the Spring Semester. 

4. Lockers are available for rent by lottery system based on the number of spaces available. 

   • Locker sign-ups will be live on Proflink the semester before the lockers are assigned. 

   • Those who submit a form and not assigned to a locker will be placed on a waitlist for one academic year. 

   • If space becomes available during the year students on the waitlist will be notified via email if they are selected. 

5. Students must bring and purchase their own locks for the locker assigned. 

6. Students are not permitted to keep their locker during winter break or summer break.

7. Each locker will be assigned for one academic year and will cost $10.  If a vacancy occurs, the available locker will be placed back in the lottery system and resigned and will cost $5 for one semester. 

1. Lockers must be cleaned out and the personal lock must be removed by the last day of final exams for returning students or by commencement for graduating students. 

2. Any items remaining in the lockers will be donated.

3. Lockers not properly cleaned, for example, damage to the interior, spills, writing, etc., may result in a cleaning fee.

4. Payments are non-refundable. 

5. Chamberlain Student Center and Campus Activities is not responsible for damaged or stolen items.
