RowanVotes Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I am already registered at home. Can’t I stay registered there even though I am living at Rowan today?
Yes, if you are registered at home, you can stay registered there. However… think through HOW you plan to vote this year.
If you are registered at home, will you travel home on Election Day to cast your ballot? Will you vote by mail? If so, have you requested your mail-in ballot yet?
#RowanVotes, as a general rule, recommends that you vote wherever you will be on Election Day – Tuesday, November 5, 2024. So, if you will be on campus, then you should be registered here.
Q: My home is in another state, not New Jersey. How do I register there?
Using the #RowanVotes/ALL IN Democracy Challenge portal, you can be directed to your state’s voter registration page.
Q: Can I register to vote online?
In New Jersey and most other states, online voter registration is available.
