Please explain the work that will be required of the intern:  Experience firsthand from the members and staffers what it’s like to help New Jersey residents in a State Assembly Office! Learn the daily ins and outs of the member’s district office in Chester, NJ. Daily activities include but are not limited to, filing, answering phones, and data entry.

Will there be opportunities for the intern to observe:

      Internal strategy sessions? X      Legislative sessions?     Committee hearings?  

Is the intern expected to work evenings and weekends?  If so, please explain.
