Next Level You: Authoring Your Own Story invites participants to reflect on their personal and professional journeys while intentionally writing the next chapter of their lives. Whether you're stepping into a new leadership role, embracing change, redefining success, or discovering your voice, this conference is designed to inspire growth through meaningful conversations, practical learning, and authentic connection.
Hosted by Rowan University's Women's Alliance Network (WAN), this annual conference brings together faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members for a day of learning, networking, and empowerment.
