Women's Alliance Network at Rowan University

The Women's Alliance Network at Rowan University was created in 2020, as an evolution of the ACE Women's Network at Rowan University, an institutional chapter that mentored, supported and developed women leaders since the early 1980s. Our name was changed to reflect our commitment to individuals throughout the campus community. With a strong organizational structure, support from senior leadership and a diverse representation of individuals, the Network continues to thrive and grow.

WAN is committed to cultivating an educational, social, professional, and inclusive environment where voices and values, in all their diversity and richness, are both heard and celebrated.

To further achieve our mission of bringing networking and professional development opportunities to our community, the Women's Alliance Network (WAN) at Rowan University provides its members a range of benefits and opportunities.

Our membership opportunity is free and open to all employees within the Rowan extended community, including employees at Rowan University, RowanSOM, CMSRU, CooperHealth, Virtua Health, Rowan Medicine, RCBC, and RCSJ.
