Parent & Family Orientation

Our optional in-person Parent and Family Orientation Program or Welcome Days, held alongside each Summer Welcome Day and Transfer Orientation, are about more than just presentations and discussions. They are interactive sessions designed to familiarize parents and guardians with the University, its policies, procedures, and the adjustments new students face. These sessions cover various topics, including first-year transitions, student engagement, residential living and learning, commuter services, campus services, academic success, career services, and financing the undergraduate experience. Parents, family members, and supporters, this is your chance to actively participate and find answers to Rowan University's vision, values, expectations, campus life, and the university's commitment to their student's well-being
