Biography

Fatma received her Master of Arts in Counseling from The College of New Jersey. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, working with students who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, and issues surrounding minority or underserved populations. Her theoretical orientation is a strengths-based perspective and integrative, including techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and motivational interviewing. She has also received training in EMDR for the treatment of PTSD.
