The Office of Conference & Event Services is dedicated to strengthening the Rowan University community by providing comprehensive event management services and facilitating the effective and efficient year-round use of university resources. This includes supporting and hosting events such as conferences and expos, summer and residential camps, and retreats of all kinds.

With available larger facilities such as the redesigned and renovated Eynon Ballroom, recreational venues like Esby Gym, and various townhome accommodations and meal options, hosting any large scale event at Rowan University will be easily accommodated.

Top Venue: Eynon Ballroom
The Chamberlain Student Center is home to the Eynon Ballroom. The redesigned and renovated ballroom serves a variety of purposes, including but not limited to conferences, banquets and expos.
Top Venue: Rowan Recreation Center
This three-story, 92,000 square foot building houses an eight-lane swimming pool, six-lane swimming pool, three-lane indoor running track, a three-court multi-sport gym and more.
Top Venue: Residence Halls
Conference & Event Services will work with you and University Housing to offer overnight accommodations to organizations wishing to hold conferences, camps and other events during the summer months.
