Biography

Dan Reigel is the Director of Admissions at Rowan University, where he leads a dynamic team of 30+ professionals to drive the enrollment of more than 5,000 new undergraduate students each year.

Dan has more than two decades of experience in enrollment management, which includes strategic leadership, harnessing data-driven insights to consistently exceed enrollment goals and enhancing institutional outcomes. He has built a strong, collaborative team culture that thrives on mentorship, training, and innovative problem-solving. Whether it’s overseeing admissions counseling, event management, or enrollment marketing, he prioritizes operational efficiency and student-centered strategies to ensure accessibility, affordability, and success for all students.

As an executive leader in enrollment management, Dan works closely with financial aid, communications, and various academic committees to advance academic excellence, promote diversity, and align Admissions efforts with Rowan's mission. 

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations, both from Rowan University. In addition, he is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), and the New Jersey Association for College Admissions Counseling (NJACAC), where he has served on the Board since 2007.
