Equipment Rentals

Only registered student organizations and groups may request equipment rentals for their program or event. Please fill out this form for any requests. Rental items for individual use are available at the front desk with your University I.D. 

• Some equipment is FREE while other items have a daily rental fee.  All items are available to check out for a maximum of 3 days.
• All requests should be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to requested pickup date.  Requests made inside of 5 business days are not guaranteed and should be accompanied with an email to Andrew Havrisko, Assistant Director, Intramural Sports & Special Events at havrisko@rowan.edu
• Approval is not final until requestor receives a confirmation notification by the Recreation Center Staff.
• All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was checked out.
• Requestor is responsible for equipment regardless of who picks up the equipment.
• The requestor assumes sole liability for any injuries to themselves and/or others.
• Equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to availability.
• Failure to return equipment by return date will result in a $10 per day per item charge up to the equipment's replacement cost.
• Equipment that is not returned or is returned broken or damaged will be assessed a minimum charge of $30 per item up to the full replacement cost of the item listed below:

    Cone - $30 for 25 cones
    Cornhole - $250/set
    Disc Golf Discs - $30 for 3 discs
    Football (Junior Size) - $50
    Football (Official Size) - $50
    Jump Rope - $30
    Kan Jam - $40
    Megaphone - $125
    Potato Sack - $30
    Soccer Ball - $40
    Softball - $30
    Softball Bat - $100
    Spikeball - $60
