Equipment Rentals

Only registered student organizations and groups may request equipment rentals for their program or event. Please fill out this form for any requests. Rental items for individual use are available at the front desk with your University I.D. 

• Equipment is FREE and available to check out for a maximum of 3 days.
• ALL requests must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to requested pickup date or a $10 fee will be charged to the requestor for late requests. (Charges are assessed when equipment is picked up by the requestor.)
• All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided.
• Requestor is responsible for equipment regardless of who picks up the equipment.
• The requestor assumes sole liability for any injuries to themselves and/or others.
• Equipment is on a first-come-first-serve basis and limited to availability.
• Failure to return equipment by return date will result in a $10 per day charge.
• Approval is not final until requestor receives a confirmation notification by the Recreation Center Staff.
• Requests made for the next business day are not guaranteed.
• Requestor will be emailed or called within 2 business days for verification or denial of request.
