The Transformation Office works with teams across Rowan University to turn strong ideas into meaningful progress. Housed within the President’s Office, the team supports university-wide efforts that strengthen how Rowan operates, serves students, and advances its mission.

As Rowan continues to grow, reach, and impact, we have an opportunity to think differently about how we work together, support students, and build systems for the future.

The Transformation Office helps bring structure, coordination, and momentum to that work. We partner with faculty, staff, administrators, and campus leaders to support initiatives that advance Rowan’s priorities of affordability, access, quality, and economic impact.

What We Do

The Transformation Office supports Rowan teams by helping to:

• Clarify goals, ownership, and next steps
• Coordinate work that spans multiple divisions or offices
• Use data and analysis to inform decisions
• Identify barriers and help teams move work forward
• Share progress in a clear and consistent way

Our role is to help ideas move from discussion to action in a way that is organized, collaborative, and connected to Rowan’s broader goals.
