A loan servicer is a company that handles the billing and other services for your federal student loans. To find out who your loan servicer is, you may log in to the Student Aid website. Here you may view information about all of the federal student loans that you have received and find contact information for the servicer of your loans. You will need your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID to access this information.
