The Facilities, Planning, and Operations Division at Rowan University has a mission is to design, build, operate and maintain facilities, buildings and grounds to support Rowan's academic and research initiatives on all of its campus locations. In order to accommodate a growing university we are dedicated to providing leadership in facilities development and management, campus master planning and supportive business operations.

Rowan's WO System upgrade
The University’s current work order system, Schooldude, has being upgraded to Asset Essentials. The new work order system will be in place and accessible to all users on January 13th.

Temporary Pathway for Student Center Expansion

In what was a landmark day for veterinary medicine nationally—and for New Jersey—Gov. Phil Murphy and other state officials and veterinary medicine leaders joined the Rowan community on April 28 to celebrate a $30 million gift for the state’s first veterinary school.
