Giving to Other Charities

Supporting Other Charities

The Employees Charitable Campaign is an annual campaign for New Jersey state employees to support charities of their choice. Rowan University employees have a distinguished record of participation.

More than 800 local, national and international health and human services charities participate. Examples include Girl Scouts, American Cancer Society, World Wildlife Fund and many more. Please refer to the list of charities here. The minimum amount to designate an agency is $52.

As little as $2 per pay period can provide a village school with a blackboard, enable a food bank to distribute 8.5 pounds of food, buy a set of adapted utensils for use by an individual with MS or provide diapers/formula/supplies for a baby after a disaster, or help in many other ways.

Your contributions to the charities represented by the ECC mean significant improvements in the quality of life for those in need. We invite you to contribute today and convey our heartfelt thanks.

How to Give

Through the ECC, employees may take advantage of payroll deduction or make a one-time gift via check. If you choose to designate your contribution to a specific organization/agency, the donation must be a minimum of $52 per designated organization or agency.

Online Payroll Deduction
With payroll deduction the amount you choose to contribute will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. If you choose to designate your gift, the minimum is $2 per paycheck for 12-month employees or $2.37 per paycheck for 10-month employees.

Please complete the payroll deduction form online. Anyone who participated last year is considered a returning donor and can use the same login credentials they used previously.

One Time Contribution
Please make checks payable to: NJECC.
