Attending hearings in Trenton is possible as well if applicable. The issue areas will be plastic pollution prevention, clean (ocean) waters issues and public beach access.

Is the intern expected to work evenings and weekends?           Yes    ✔ No

If yes, please explain.

Expected, no. But there may be opportunities on the weekend with Surfrider Foundation volunteers like beach cleanups, etc.

Do you have any suggestions for the applicant?

Be interested in our issues, have an interest in protecting our ocean, waves, and beaches. Ability to drive to Trenton is a plus and of course work independently without supervision.
