Silver Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate program allows you to earn three Leadership Rowan certificates by participating in events on campus. When you have completed the achievements that are required for each level of Leadership Rowan certification, you are eligible to receive the certificate at the next Celebrating Leadership Awards.

Silver Certificate: The Brozne Certificate experiences focus on Group Values of Leadership.  Here students focus on Group Values of Leadership.  Through the year, students attend campus events and programs that focus on establishing common purpose, fostering collaboration, and navigating controversy in a team with civility.  As a part of the Silver Certificate, students were required to be a part of a team somewhere on campus because experience is the best teacher. The certificate is designed to focus on demonstrating teamwork through all the ups and downs of being part of a team--not just leading others, but leading with others.
