Bronze Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate program allows you to earn three Leadership Rowan certificates by participating in events on campus. When you have completed the achievements that are required for each level of Leadership Rowan certification, you are eligible to receive the certificate at the next Celebrating Leadership Awards.

Bronze Certificate: The Brozne Certificate experiences focus on the pathways to involvement on campus & Individual Values of Leadership.  The Bronze Certificate is focused around the Individual Values of Leadership because knowing yourself is the first step toward leading others.  These students have attended campus events through the year with a focus on looking inward to better understand those values, which include a consciousness of self, a sense of commitment, and an understanding of congruence.  After a leader can identify and reflect on their own values, they are better positioned to be the head of a team.
