Rowan University recognizes the value of preparing students for leadership roles on campus and after graduation. Through education, enrichment and empowerment, Leadership Rowan enables students to transform themselves, their communities, and the world.

Leadership Rowan is Rowan University's campus leadership involvement program. Some of our Leadership Rowan events & initiatives are found below, as well as on the Orientation & Student Leadership Programs ProfLink page.

The Leadership Certificate Programs are the best way to start expanding your career skills at Rowan. You can find out more about the Bronze Certificate by clicking here.

Students can join the Bronze Certificate by first registering online beginning in late August until mid-February for each academic year.

Leadership Certificate Program

Students can enroll in Leadership Certificates in order to discover and develop their leadership skills. If you complete the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Certificates before they graduate, Leadership Rowan will pay for your cap and gown!

Leadership and Beyond!

The Leadership and Beyond Program Series is a program run through the Office of Orientation and Student Leadership programs to develop and enhance student leadership skills through interactive group experiences in partnership with university campus partners. This program is open to all undergraduate students!

First-Year Connection

First-Year Connection is the best way to get involved on campus before you even start college. It's a 4-day program offered to new Rowan students during the week before classes start in the fall.
