Degrees, certificates, and certifications are available online, accelerated during evenings and Saturday, on one of our conveniently located campuses or on the site of a partner, and in combinations of the above. Rowan University disclosure of compliance

Rowan University is required to comply with state and federal laws regarding the delivery of distance education.

Rowan University is a member of The National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA) Member institutions are authorized to offer distance education courses and programs to residents of other NC-SARA member states without pursuing state-by-state compliance. A current list of member institutions particpating in NC-SARA is available at the NC-SARA website.

New Jersey participation in State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)

The State of New Jersey has been accepted as part of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) through the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE). More information about this relationship can be found on the NJ Department of Higher Education website.
