Rowan helps reservists gain new skills through a variety of online undergraduate and graduate programs that offer the flexibility to complete a degree at your own pace.  Members of the selected reserve of the U.S. Armed Forces may be eligible for education such as Montgomery GI Bill, tuition assistance, and state benefits to help with educational expenses.  Some reservists also may be eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill®
