Finders-Teachers, Inc. Finders Teachers, or “FT,” was born of the idea that hiring a teacher should be much easier than the process as it currently exists. The premise is simple:  to quickly allow teachers and districts to find one another over our online platform.  Districts enter the search criteria they’re looking for in a teacher and a list of matching candidates is returned in seconds. From there, districts have 2 options:

1.     instantly contact a prospective teacher and begin the interview process via our website, or;

2.     enter the candidate found on FT into the hiring system used by the district (i.e. Applitrack) and begin the process in step with that district’s hiring protocol.

Regardless of how it’s done, we’re making the hiring of a prospective teacher faster, easier all involved!
