On behalf of Rowan University, the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) will be conducting an Inclusive Community Survey through our survey partner, Viewfinder®. The survey is designed to measure the extent to which diversity and inclusion play an integral role on your campus and will be sent to all students and employees at Rowan University's main campus, as well as the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) and the Rowan–Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine (Rowan–Virtua SOM). Your participation will help us continue to build a campus learning and working environment in which everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
***As a follow-up, some participants have stated that they didn't receive the email from Viewfinder®, the company that developed the survey. If this is the case, please check your spam/junk folder, as it has been sent there automatically for some participants.

Why should I take the survey?
How do I participate?
Beginning April 10, 2023, all students and employees at all levels at the Glassboro and Camden campuses will receive the survey, in addition to students, faculty, and staff at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) in Camden and Rowan–Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine (Rowan–Virtua SOM) in Stratford and Sewell. The unique link to participate in the survey will be sent to your Rowan University email address and you will receive reminders to complete the survey throughout the survey period.

Inclusive Community Survey Leadership
The Inclusive Community Survey is led by the Rowan University DEI Council's Strategic Priorities Committee (SPC1) Tri-Chairs, Dr. Stephen Fleming, Patricia Fortunato, and Dr. Kha' Sadler, in collaboration with all committee members.
