Rowan University is proud of its long tradition of ethical and responsible conduct. Each employee is expected to adhere to this high standard whenever he or she acts on behalf of Rowan Univeristy whether in dealings with other employees, with patients and their families, with vendors, with government regulators or with the general public.
Violations of legal or ethical requirements jeopardize the welfare of Rowan University, its employees and patients, and the communities it serves.
The Compliance Program is intended to define and govern the conduct expected of employees, to provide guidance on how to resolve questions regarding legal and ethical issues, and to establish a mechanism for the reporting of possible violations of law or ethical practices within Rowan University.
