Your emotional well-being—your ability to cope with and learn from life’s ups and downs—is just as important as your physical well-being.
These resources can help you recognize your emotions and reactions, learn how to respond to them, and realize that the struggles we face also help us grow.

Rowan Resources
Whether it’s attending a Wellness Center support group, or hanging out with peers at Chill and Chat on Fridays at 11, or petting a Shreiber Family Pet Therapy dog, the Wellness Center provides programs to assist you.
Rowan University has partnered with Uwill to offer Rowan undergraduate and graduate students free, 30-minute, unlimited counseling sessions. Rowan students can simply register with their Rowan email. This resource is also available to students during the summer, and during breaks from class as well.
Social Justice and Belonging (SJB) also offers programming geared toward all students through a host of wonderful programs for all Rowan students.
